He takes a hand-picked selection of 12 gastro professionals, trained chefs and talented self-taught people under his wing as a mentor and coach. His goal: to find someone who will create memorable and remarkable plates. It encourages you to develop and perfect your personal culinary signature and make your own taste unmistakable. Whoever does this most impressively will win the master class in the end.
